Same.

he is the reason for the lack of law and order.

I don’t know if you’ve ever driven a really fast Tesla, but I assure you it’s not as exciting as it sounds.

I’m willing to bet there are a lot of people in cities that would buy and EV if there were a reliable charging option for those that park on the street. Until then, its a pipe dream for the wealthy with short commutes and a garage.

They can consider a new car - you can get all sorts of brand new cars for $16-$18K after discounts. But not a blinged out CUV like everyone thinks they simply MUST have. While I don’t love leases, you can lease all sorts of cars for $200/mo with no money upfront. I know far too many people who’s cell phone bill is

While I largely agree, I wonder if the common massive student debt combined with often insecure employment and shitty starting salaries, and high cost of health care and housing have them thinking they’ll be forever in debt, they might as well have a car that doesn’t contribute to their worries and it’s just a drop in

Most retail markets are constructs of middle men; it a house or cards and a big factor in the rapid failures of economy during things like a pandemic (besides the obvious service sectors impacts). And as for an oligarchy, I’m not sure trading thousands of dealer businesses in the US for a dozen auto manufacturers is

So you are calling for a free market economy? What are you ? Some kind of communist?

If people really “like and need the convenience of a local place to buy new, or buy used, trade, get financed, get serviced, get parts, and get instant gratification for their car needs” then why franchise laws mandating having to go through a dealership?

Tech in vehicles is typically poorly implemented and pretty stupid. If anything they should offer MFD or touch screens that can plug into whatever new smart phone you’re using. Then you can take your tech w/ you so to speak. The biggest issue is that there’s no portability.

Not every project needs years-long lead time and there are some that could already by at a phase that throwing government dollars could accelerate it.

Props to Tesla on blocking them. JD Power is to research as Trump is to intelligence.

Cool, you’re coming with.  We can flip this bitch in three days.

This is one of those that makes me debate the spirit of NPOND.  Would I, with my own money, buy this car at this price?  No, because it’s not something that interests me.  But looking at a nationwide search of CarGurus for V6 Camaros of this vintage it seems to fall right in line with other offerings, if not a tad

I don’t fully get it either-but that seems to be the general consensus in society today. It’s not worth my time to debate. It’s easier to avoid needlessly offending someone-even if they’re needlessly offended...

“Crack cocaine has been considered a racial issue, the whole time

It’s a difficult line to walk when it takes racism to recognize racism. One must equate crack with a particular demographic to understand how it can be equated to same.

Like the new name.

Giving folks piles of money is a nice idea in theory. And I’m not going to argue that it hasn’t done tremendous good for people who lost their jobs. However, the numbers really show just how out of touch Congress is with real life.

1) I think for the minority that need to drive more than BEVs have to offer, PHEVs are a good middle ground solution. And with time, everyone’s needs will be filled.
