At what point to they pin her to the ground?
At what point to they pin her to the ground?
You’re projecting.
As you say, “no one in the US trusts the police” so you’re assuming our police are as bad as yours and as violent and corrupt. That they’re just as likely to use excessive force and get away with it.
Because they treated a threat like it would be real?
While Canadian Police, and Canadians, will no doubt still be reeling from the Nova Scotia shootings last month, which killed 22 people,
Yeah. He messed me up again and again and again.
The incident occurred here in Canada and not the USA...
Gaiman is also high profile that he might have some assistants with access to his accounts, one of which might have thought it funny.
Because even Alison Bechdel admits it’s a pretty shit test to determine if something is feminist and a very low bar to clear. Which this episode really demonstrates by showing how a weak a passing story can be.
A 26yo who likely makes his living playing video games and has never had a real job doing something immature and foolish? I am stunned!
Tried playing this in, oh, 2010. DOS-box and a recent laptop. And I couldn’t get into it.
Hopefully it was a 10-second-crafting pillowcase mask that looked different when he tried it on at home, but more air got caught when he quickly pulled it on at the door of the store. And when he was told his reaction was “I’m wearing a what now? Fuck that, I’ll take my chances with the virus.”
I’m amused that they managed to work in a scene with Constantine in a black trenchcoat using a shotgun.
You could definitely tell that the audio wasn’t on a separate track, and they had just pulled it from a film and tried to clear the music and other noise from it.
Having played a few of the Lego Batman games, Marvel Heroes and Avengers, the third franchise is the weakest as using actual movie dialogue is jarring and weird compared to ones with an original plot and voice actors.
Oh. My. God.
People complain endlessly about “the Marvel formula” and then when you look at a film that does a superhero film completely differently it gets ripped apart...
It’s almost like when the film was released in March 1984, the PG-13 rating didn’t exist and they now have to edit the film to meet the changed standards of the Motion Picture Association of America and expectations of parents on what “PG” has meant for the last 36 years...
No, that’s an assumption you made. The previews showed new material and you assumed, for some reason, there would be no new material. That’s dumb.
The previews implied they were expanding the game, which is different (and also potentially unneeded as it is literal padding). And there are LOTS of ways they could have advertised the fact it makes change without spoiling the twist. Such as calling it “FFVII Gaiden” or “FFVII Remix” or “FFVII Reimagined”.
It’s an audacious ending that will no doubt piss many hardcore purists off, but I absolutely love it. I don’t want to play Final Fantasy VII again with prettier graphics—I want something completely new
