I absolutely did. Having the lips not match up with the dialogue at all was a way bigger immersion killer for me than the pretty stellar English voice cast.

This reaction is weird to me as well. If you read reviews at release it was pretty obvious the game didn't really resonate with some pretty big name publications. It really pushed my buttons though, that being said, the bones of the game are definitely the same as every other open world RPGish game we had last gen.…
I mean, this has been Kotaku’s stance from the beginning. If I'd have taken their word on the game I probably would have skipped it as just another open world slog. Easily one of my favorite of the generation.
Eventually all Marvel movies will be 120 to 145 minutes of new characters explaining why they didn't participate in X universe ending battle.
Great point.
Yep, I remember when I used to enjoy flying but a combination of my growing and airlines becoming shittier for people who can't or won't pay up has made it a chore and a half. My wife and I basically drive everywhere these days because overall the flying experience is just so miserable.
As a tall person I've been saying this for years. If I could get knocked out for three hours and ride it out in a tube or box or some shit I gladly would. There's literally no reason for me to be crammed into a seat with my knees shoved into the seat in front of me. Knock me out and wake me up when we land.
Yep, seen every one in theaters since Iron Man, didn't make it to see Black Widow. I'm going to watch it but the excitement has definitely diminished for us. We are still watching and enjoying the Disney+ shows, but it feels different.
That Black Widow lawsuit got em sweating.
Yeah, you get this comment on pretty much every article about a game that isn't on switch. We get it. If it's not on Switch people want it to be on Switch.
SAD! Party of small government interfering in private business!
“sad and distressing in its callous disregard for the horrific and prolonged global effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
As someone who started my IT career as a desktop tech, I find that people who are even slightly technically inclined vastly overestimate the technical ability of the average person. Vastly.

Those are going for a pretty penny in my area as well. I also live in an apartment complex so I'm not sure I'd be able to park it here. We have not discounted it as an idea though. I love the amount of space a short bus offers.
I'm ready for the prices to come down but this ain't it fam. Yeah they're more reasonable than they were six months ago but the market for even bare bones Econoline vans is still ridiculous.
My wife and I are looking into grabbing a van to sleep in after backpacking trips and use on my parent’s property up north when we visit. Prices are absolutely ridiculous right now. The biggest POS Econoline van with a million miles is still being sold for ridiculous sums. At this point we’re at peace with waiting a…
For me, this goes back to the simple fact that for decades theaters were the only way to watch new movies, so the theater experience became stagnant and in some cases actively terrible. How about, we stop complaining, and give consumers a reason to come back to the theater? No? We are just going to continue…
Yep. I was here for that. No epic fight between the Loki's and an army of fodder, no CGI flying around, I thought it was great and it left me wanting more.
I am VERY excited for this. I'd also like to point people to the first story on this feed, Steal the Stars, still one of the most engaging podcasts I've ever listened to. It was incredible.
