sorry, i guess i didn't write it clear enough. I was trying to convey that the water at the end of treatment is pretty good. So we shouldn't have fears about quality of the water, but the cost and capacity to do it

The real issue is not the psychological one because of the purity of the end H2O that is apparent right away. The real issue is the cost of purification and how much/fast the recycling can be done.
