That entire dungeon used to be a somewhat close-to-home depiction of the trials and tribulations of the idol industry. It employed a fair bit of subtle commentary about what a lot of girls have to do in order to “make it” in an industry that’s built entirely to sell their purity in what basically amounts to softcore…
