Purchased tix for the last night’s showing at famed Lincoln Square’s IMAX yesterday. They’re not ideally located—am really hoping they can slightly extend the showing, so that I can get better seats—-and so that others can get on board! I only watched some of it (after the fact, like 99% of its viewers!). In fact, his Taylor Swift joke was one of the few that was funny & on-point—as a football viewer, I find it extremely offputting that the NFL camera weirdly cuts to Swift after every Kelce catch. (Not that I have anything against her music.)

I love the subheading “both disgraced men...” Chappelle is disgraced for what exactly? Expressing something anyone who wields IQ points in the triple-digits’ range knows to be true?

That’s a super smart critique to the above post! Am with you 100%. Not that I don’t enjoy this season, but, as you note, this show is a comedy in very large part.
