Dear Aston Martin: Please design me a lair with my Cygnet as the centerpiece. My budget is $20M.

Oh yeah ok, what makes you such an expert on fine luxury interiors?

I withdraw my question.

It’s a 348 Serie Speciale a limited edition of 100 that were made in 93 without the grille on the tail lights. Had a a slightly more powerful engine uprated suspension and a few other lightweight bits. Most of the changes became standard on the following model year.

Do it. I just got a black ‘90 a couple months ago. As long as you’re comfortable with doing the engine out yourself, you wont be sorry. Driving it is kind of like driving a mid-engine NA miata with more power.

Counterpoint: they rule and are one of the most innovative car companies in existence today.

At that price, I’m taking a trip over to my local credit union to get pre-approved right away! NP!!!

It’s going to take me a long, long time to come around on that front end. I appreciate that they swung for the fences, but, man. Catfish vibes.

Black on black 25th anniversary with red stripes.

The typical 80s-90s bad GM build quality with questionable electrical systems doesn’t even faze me. They’re still magnificent beasts, and I wish I had one. I used to have a 1995 S10 Super Sport, so I’m well familiar with GM’s manufacturing, but even so, I would drive the crap out of this:

64 yr old was British, that was his hard Brexit.

Probably revenge for the absurd US restrictions for people visiting from friendly countries.

Decreased trust in the US.
