I’ve come away from this whole thing happy. I’ve found I actually prefer Texas Pete and Tabasaco Sriracha. The Roland is pretty good too.

I’ve read several articles throughout the disappearance of of the Rooster sauce and came away thinking Huy Fong was the bad guy in the whole thing.

I used it to move a Smart ForTwo. The ramps were barely wide enough, and each wheel was riding the inside edge of each ramp. But, I got it on and off and everything was fine. Agreed it’s a great trailer.
