I know it was pandering as hell, but I gotta say, watching Vader chop down all those guys in that hallway was amazing. His voice though, not so good. Pigeonholing another asian actor with the role of the Ancient One wouldn't exactly have been progressive (it seems like it would've been the easier decision), but it would have been nice to see them try to modernize that stereotype and have a good Asian actor bring some depth to the role.
