@Vidikron: I just hope that's the case, I hope there is evidence, because if there isn't, and they're charging him, that's not cool.

@kake81: That's all I see anymore.

@Boding: Reckless driving, and the gun charges... but you're proving my point. We as a society, can't punish people for things we can't prove they are guilty of. It becomes an awfully slippery slope when you decide you can just charge someone with intoxication because they did something stupid... for all we know he

@djdare: Also, after reading the article, I don't see where Gizmodo got the part about him trying to hide ammunition or cans of duster, all I see is a quote about him still huffing when the police arrived... doesn't sound like he was trying to hide it exactly.

@nutbastard: Well yeah, you'll definitely get charged with something for driving a car into a building in broad daylight, but we can't charge someone with having empty cans of duster in their car, that's just not reasonable. If he failed the field sobriety test, then charge him. According to the linked article:

Haha, I read this comment, and knew it was destined for greatness.

@Blue Notes: I recognize that, but how can they even charge him for this? Just seems ridiculous. Also, where is Harold Melvin?

@johdaxx: I'm afraid I don't follow? TSA agents? I don't see how they are connected?

You can get a DUI for driving under the influence of inhalent? How exactly? Did he fail a field sobriety test? It's certainly not illegal to drive with duster cans in the car... even open ones. How does this work? Don't get me wrong, I'm completely against people driving under the influence of anything like this,

@Morlay: And a product, I might add, that leads people to believe they can drive faster than they should in the given conditions, much like SUV/truck drivers.

@YellowRex: Oh, and I use a OS 10.6, and the downloader didn't work, it failed, and then said I had already downloaded the content, at which point I got pissed, did a restart, and the usual trouble shooting crap, then got angry, and decided nuts with Amazon's downloader. I was quite angry with it, becuase I didn't

@Avinant: I have tons of empty jewel cases, etc, I also love music.

@lllbarllllcodelll: I sit at my laptop on a regular basis, so the added time is quite negligible, I have to open the case, and insert the cd, then choose "yes". (edit: also, if I'm downloading the album, I still have to do some work on my laptop to get it, entering my cc info and so on, perhaps you meant driving to

@YellowRex: Heh, yeah, I have 10 crates, I don't rip vinyl though, new stuff comes with a free download usually, and if it doesn't, I have no moral issue with torrenting it, I already paid for the damn album. Although, I have on more than one occasion bought an album on multiple formats, if I really love it.

I still buy most of my music on cds, I like holding the physical product in my hands, it's easier, and it feels safer, I have a physical backup automatically, and I can rip it in any format I want. I have used iTunes when given gift cards, and don't mind it since I use iTunes as my music player on my MBP, because it

@Beardstorming: You said "Many of the free world have all sorts of tech coming from China." As if China created it, and it "came" from them, nothing comes from China, cheap plastic comes from China.

@meatbag_pussrocket: Haven't you seen any cheesy 80s action flicks? It's always the communists!

@Beardstorming: I beg to disagree homie, my flash drive may be manufactured in China, but the inventor of SSD was Dr. Masuoka from Japan. China is a manufacturing nation, and yes, there's money in making the bits, but you know where there is a lot more money? Creating and designing the tech. Ask Apple, and the kids

@Fauxe: Wasn't trying to attack you, well I sorta was, I just hate the misconception that in snow you absolutely must have fwd. I personally hate driving fwd in the snow or any conditions really, my father had a mazda MX-6 when I was a poor high schooler, and it was a good looking, cool car, the ladies loved it, but
