I actually like the current version. It was a bit jarring from the preview one (if I recall correctly), but it makes enough sense now. I do not like the new version coming out at all. :/

The noise idea in the zombie game gave me an idea for a hide and seek type of game. Where you have all these places you could hide from a player but the longer the stay in one place the longer you are likely to give yup your position (by sneezing in a dusty closet, or falling asleep and snoring).
