Considering the cops arrested Kevin Moore, who filmed the Freddie Gray arrest yesterday, it seems clear they want to make sure there are no witnesses to any of their actions. Their arrest of Kevin Moore was pure intimidation, plain and simple. Cops are pissed right now that 6 of their own are being charged.

Often, during these arguments about past events, I simply remind myself the alternatives are Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz.

Black cops are the fucking worst.

I was so angry at people commenting on common friends’ posts about WBAL. I guess the idea was since they weren’t just piling on the shit about the riots, they were “biased” and we needed to switch stations. Yes heaven forbid people attempt to remain impartial or just report known facts about burning buildings instead…

She’s been out there the whole time. She was covering that intersection yesterday by calling in to the station on a cell phone and reporting live. Seriously.

The WBAL and WJZ reporters were on point last night - out there in the streets and trying to get multiple perspectives in midst of everything. The local anchors were a little less helpful, but the reporters on the street were really nailing it.

Her name is Deborah Weiner and despite the moderately unfortunate last name, she’s a gem on TV and in person.

I agreed with the first part, then I read the second sentence. It completely captures the attitude that makes everybody despise Boston sports fans. Giving you a +1 for more exposure.

She’s indeed quite lovely, but I never would have figured her for more than B-list. Obviously, I’m not in her shows’ demographics. But it seems we went from hearing about her every day a few years ago, to hardly ever.
