They just talk like Kelsey Grammer, is all.

I just discovered those last month (showing up late to discussions is apparently a specialty of mine). I read through them all (including comments, where some of the juicer stories lie). The way people act just boggles the mind. I wasn't a bad tipper, before, but now I tip even more.

or, possibly, Wolverine meets the Wolfman.

Good plan - stockpile them with a pile of Kodachrome film and floppy diskettes.

I for one am looking forward to this. I've had insomnia due to the time change, and caught chunks of uncut Pulp Fiction on cable this week (they gave me Showtime for free). I hadn't seen that movie in about 15 years. I had forgotten how great it was. And this looks really good. So if you don't like it, don't go.

My kid is a precocious genius. He's only seen a commercial for Dinotrux, and already wants the toys. He didn't even have to watch 5 minutes of it on Netflix.

…who use the same theme song from the 80s version of the show.

Thomas in general is the stuff of nightmares. I'm so glad my kid has outgrown them.

Don't read another Adams book, The Plague Dogs…

Again, eyebrows.

I noted this above, but that was an Easter movie in my hometown. They ran it every Easter, 'cause bunnies.

Watership Down was on TV around Easter time when I was a kid. Some genius at a local TV station clearly only looked at the cover picture or something.

That really was a thing! My brother-in-law remembers finding some old magazines with his friends, when they cut through the woods behind the middle school. Sadly, as I recall, Playgirl was among the pile.

I remember watching the Daily Show and saying "it's the guy from Strangers with Candy" to my husband, and being very excited. Ha!

I need tungsten to live!

1. Lebowski
2. Fargo
3. Raising Arizona

Don't forget Booker from Roseanne, which is only one degree of separation from John Goodman. Hollywood must be a small town…

I joined the "Quality Paperback Book Club" back in the 90s. I needed my nth selection. So I picked "The Golden Compass." Excellent decision by that cover.

They are still up here in New England. And they have a website.

That's quite the stutter…
