I would imagine a Walmart sized building and only 2/3 of the space would be retail floor. The rest would be warehouse.

My only job when I worked at The Gap was to reprice things. There are already people in retail who do that. I assume though that the prices will always be lower than what you see on the cover so you know you will be getting a better deal. Also just put scanners all over the store problem solved.
