When the Demon Hellcat comes out will Tesla just release a software update called Demon Killer to troll the Mopar boys?

“Cut springs” immediately discredits any other work done to the car. The price might be right for some, but I wouldn’t go higher than half the listed price.

Apart from not being able to see shit inside of it.

Just when I was getting ready to laugh at your Charger and the Yugo that was mentioned, I remembered that I drove a late 80s Ford Festiva for my first two years in the Navy. 0-60 in the high 13s when new, 74 ft lb of torque, and even less horsepower than the Yugo at 58 HP. Probably the last car in the parking lot that

Yeah, and the rest of it’s baby puke green!

And parts of it are even brown!

It’s a god damned stick shift rotary wagon.

This one’s worth saving. It’s a god damned rotary wagon. NP.

NP, this seems like a good restoration project.

It’s one of my favorites! Glad you recognize it!

I’m only commenting because I’m loving the fact that someone is using a Hugh Laurie as Prince (Regent) George from Blackadder III as a GIF.

Honestly, it doesn’t look like that bad of a fix. Get some decent used subframes from a junkyard, swap those out, a little POR-15 and some silver spray paint and you’re good to go. Maybe even get a used, decent condition exhaust if you don’t wanna dish out the cash for a proper stainless steel unit.

I am stealing that GIF!

I’ll be honest, when I saw the headline I thougt, “Come on Freddy! I’ve got two Datsun’s, you haven’t seen rust like I have!”

LOL was thinking the same thing.

You can repair a Lexus subframe for less than the cost of a stint in rehab !

Well, when you’re really heavy you have to deal with these types of problems. If he were 8 feet tall and his head kept wearing out the headliner, would anyone expect Hyundai to keep replacing the headliner?

Wow. I remember when I used to go to Jalopnik to escape FB politics and just read about cars...

Land Rover had a transverse-mounted inline six (it is under their somewhere.)

C’mon, Stef!
