Further into the video after she is in the car, another cop who I assume is a supervisor is explaining to the nurse how its no big deal if the cops break the law and take the blood illegally, that there are civil remedies for afterwards that will fix the situation, that if the cops broke the law anything that comes…

But also, that doesn’t change the law - without his consent, or meeting one of the other criteria, they’re not legally allowed to draw his blood.

As the spokesman pointed out, this was a stupid mistake by local employees. What you neglected to point out was this was technically not price gouging in that Best Buy NORMALLY sells water bottles for $1.79. A little math gets you their price per case (which they don’t normally sell).

Am I more surprised that Best Buy sells water, a known enemy of electronics everywhere, or that Best doesn’t normally sell water for $42 a pack because it’s Best Buy?
