Falling with style!

Initially surprised that Ronny Cox wasn’t on this list. He found his niche as an actor. Well, actually he was the evil Vice President Kinsey on Stargate SG-1...the majority of his bad guy roles are corrupt senators/evil CEOs. Chancellor Cohaagen from Total Recall doesn’t count, either. I’ll show myself out.

Seriously - every generation has pearl-clutched about new technology. When writing became a thing, people moaned that the ability to memorize would be lost. (And, it’s probably true but it also probably pointed out the essential purposelessness of verbatim memorization (except for actors.))

The real trick is finding out which one of these Skittles is the terrorist refugee.

It’s not going to disappear in your lifetime.

Let’s be clear about something...

Don’t worry too much about it. Damn near everything in our society is made out of petroleum.

And another big factor... Not take 8 hours for a charge. People want the freedom to road trip. Stopping for 10 minutes to top off your tank is still a big advantage of gas cars.

The point was to be as dumb as possible, I believe he succeeded :)

OK, the iGanja and PowerBong Pro trademarks are making more sense now...

$1, please.

Tell those people to move out so I can be his neighbor. I got a classic car and a bunch of tools.

We bring in Chinese needle snakes to eat the drone-hunting quadcopters, followed by snake-eating gorillas, and then when wintertime rolls around, the gorillas simply freeze to death.

Agreed. Though to be fair, it seems they are counting what is observable and then adding in what is not observable already. So while the old estimate was probably off by infinity this estimate is probably only off by infinity.

the best anti-pirate protection is when the games are good, highly polished, easily accessible and inexpensive.

Ugh, enough of the wrongthink outrage. Do we seriously have to shun a major VR platform developed by hundreds because a major figure does shit on his own time anonymously?

SF homeless aren’t like NYC homeless. It’s easy to criticize from the opposite coast, but when there are sidewalks all over the city you literally can’t walk on due to the tent cities and screaming crazies, something needs to be done. Making this city less attractive to homeless people seems like a good start.
