Vince Gilligan: Awesome Show, Great Job!!!

The point with the hair is, it's not an accurate portrayal of reality. As is portraying a week's worth of action in the space of forty-two minutes. My point is that if you're complaining about police response time because it doesn't match up with real life, then there are literally thousands of other examples of that

It's not the job of fiction to portray real life with perfect accuracy. It just has to be convincing enough to allow for the suspension of disbelief.

Yes, the razor sharp, double-edged, legal dual mind blades finally come out!!!

We had this dispute last season whether Mike really became an alcoholic, or was just acting so for the loooooong con on Matt E's murderous partners. I believe it's at least as likely that he never became addicted to the stuff, and was just faking most of those drinks…like Bruce Wayne does.

Exactly like 'Second Wind'' starring Fartin' Rudy!

Has Jimmy mentioned whether he's been married or not yet? He told Walt he caught his second ex-wife in bed with his step father. Is Kim one of these wives, or did she miss that trainwreck altogether? I'm compiling a list of everyone's theories.

Opening a gift of baseball cards.

I was in basic training with a dude that had a grill like that. When the drill sergeants found out a few weeks later that his wasn't the permanent kind, and he could take it out, they FUCKED HIM UP!!!!

Him believing the ends justify the means doesn't preclude him from 'playing stupid' as to what he did was destructive/disruptive to Davis & Main, though. He can know it was bad for them, but still think it was worth it.

He's just lying to maintain what little position of strength that he can :)

And then Tuco's maniac laugh before the last punch. I was afraid we weren't going to hear it at all this time.

I guess this is how Skinny Pete meets Tuco.

Yep. Their routine is called an "act," after all :)

Michael McKean:
For an actor practically synonymous with silliness, joy, and fun, he sure can play a convincing bastard!
Comedians really are the best actors.

I think he was staking out that meth house with Jesse.
Tucker!!!!!!!

Do you remember his character from the "Pre-Natal Beauty Pageant" sketch? That's who Cinnabon Gene reminds me of every time. I picture him leaving the Cinnabon and going to kiss elephant's asses and clean out port-a-johns. It's gawn' go guuid.

Yes, the audience first meets Mike through Saul, but Mike was in touch with Gus first through Victor, not 'in touch with the audience' first through Victor.

Technically, anything's possible, and you could be right, but here's my understanding:

There was at least one time Mike had a problem with Walt, and called Victor about it, and he then reported it to Gus.
