The upshot for Youtube is that basically everyone already has an account via their Gmail login, so there’s no real issue for platform hopping for the end consumer. I could see being reluctant in wanting to open up a new Mixer or Kick account just for one streamer, so this is a huge advantage for Google.

If engine covers really do serve that purpose, then why don’t they just integrate those features into the underside of the hood? Surely they could create a perfectly molded underside that would join with the engine surface when the hood is closed the same as covers would.
