Many of ours shut due to funding, too. The ones that stay alive have to adapt, hence the diversification. Many offer free ebook subscriptions now as well. Mom doesn’t even step foot in her library, but has borrowed hundreds of books virtually.

DVDs, and occasionally video games (esp. the educational ones). Libraries in the USA have sort of become de facto community centers in many parts of the us. Heck, I can even rent camera equipment from mine if I’m in good standing.

Most cospkayers haaaate Halloween. My costumes aren’t good to eat or drink in , and I sure as hell don’t want booze spilled on my Gamora or Ratchet. Added to that, many of my costumes require a handler or assistant (Ratchet and Clank, for example, needs a second person to operate some of the animatronics).

Got a great one. I’m legally blind. Freshman year roommate is on the ice skating team and is deathly afraid of losing her eyesight (and thus her ability to skate for Disney on Ice, her dream). Finds out I’m legally blind loses her shit because she thinks I’m contagious.

Persona games (4 especially) didn’t need that much grinding. Certainly not the amount of a SMT title. Since you have a fixed number of in game days to finish a Persona game, you /can’t/ endlessly grind, anyway.

As a legally blind cosplayer, one of the previous finalists for the Eastern Championships of Cosplay, and a fan who has been going to this con since 2006, I’m so sad I can’t make it out this year. New job starts on the 3rd, so butts for me. But I hope you al have fun!

My problem with it is, as a legally blind person, the tells near the endgame were always way too small. Needed a guide not to cheat, but just to know where to look.
