Completely ignoring all the recommendations for Tripp Lite models is a fatal flaw, as is ignoring any power conditioners. Those Belkin models are fine if you don’t mind cheap, disposable surge protectors, but I imagine most people want something more serious guarding their expensive A/V gear.
