Have you seen the people involved in this movie? DC is very involved in this movie. BvS was based on comics, is a new story, a different universe, called it Earth-Snyder. Be open minded.

If you don’t like the movie universe then move on.

Because DC’s biggest employer and largest real state owner pays no taxes, aka Feds. Also the lines run through 2 states and multiple cities, and nobody wants to pay for the metro.
