I would agree. Adore has personality by the truckload, but she is messy, and not in a good way. Sharon Needles was this edgy, almost punk rock figure who had her own style and had it polished to perfection, and yet when asked to give more variety and step outside of her comfort zone she delivered. In simple terms, I

As seasons go this one was pretty lacklustre. As much as I hate to say it, having a good villain to despise does make for better TV in my opinion, and in that respect maybe (just maybe) we should have had more of the delusional but entertaining hot mess that is Laganja.

I started to realise how fake and constructed this show is after Willam and season 4. Of course Willam and her big mouth (which is why I love her) let lots of things slip. Such as…The fact that Sharon Needles got to re-film her entrance after her hat fell off or something. Then when Willam asked if she could redo hers

This is something that has bothered me for a while. Don't get me wrong, I love Jinkx, and she was my favourite. But that Malambo song was cherry picked for Jinkx to win it. Detox did her best with it but you could tell it was totally Jinkx's style. So in a sense I get where people come from when they say that Detox

Perhaps, but how many times have lipsyncs been used as a crutch (Coco anyone?) for keeping in a contestant for maximum drama value despite their constant fuckups? It's all very manipulative. If it was based purely on the lipsync I wouldn't mind so much, but it clearly isn't. Ru decides who is in the bottom two, and

Ugh. Just… Ugh. I know it's just a stupid reality show and that most of it is scripted and bla bla bla. But these last two episodes in particular show just how fucking contrived the Lipsync is. Last week Jocelyn was sent home because even though she "identified" with the song more Adore had more raw energy. This week

I think we all secretly enjoy the drama, tiresome though it may seem at the time. This season alone we had the amazing "Gia claims she isn't ignorant by being ignorant" thing and the gift that keeps on giving in Laganja. Sure, she was a fucking insecure mess of a person that was about as pleasant to watch as a

Lil Poundcake gives me life. Whenever I joke about wanting to cut a bitch it a glorious reference to the amazingness that is Lil Poundcake. They should do a spin off where Lil Poundcake just goes around snorting coke and doing bumps of meth as she makes her way through her vast slam piece list trying to figure out who

Nice idea, but wouldn't work. Little Miss Attention Whore would find a way to force the spotlight on her. Although now I have an interesting image of her death dropping and convulsing around the stage like a fish out of water in a desperate attempt to prove how "fierce" and "talented" she is.

It takes some of the suspense out of it. Bianca is just too good not to win, and I pegged Ben, Courtney and Adore to make it pretty far from the first 2 episodes. Jocelyn and Darienne have both done better than I thought they would have though.

Hmmm. I don't see a place in the show for Darienne or Adore (much though I love the Adore) over Courtney in the final 3. She would have to fuck up the challenge and then completely blow the lipsync and having seen some of her performances on YouTube… Yeah I just don't see it happening.

Oh sweet Jesus. The idea of Hurricane Laganja coming back only to spend an episode crying, hiding under a table, accusing everyone else of coming for her and saying things like "Yes mama!" or "OoooKKKRRRRRRRRR!!!1!!1!!!one!!!1!!" every 3 seconds both fills me with dread and a strange amount of joy. Hmmm… Which do I

I would agree on a return for April. I think she got pretty badly screwed over, and would have liked to have seen more of her. I don't think any queen that potentially comes back could (or should) win the show, but April deserves another chance to shine.

I'm a big Courtney fan. She gets stick for being confident and cocky, but when you are that polished (and have had substantial previous success) you can afford to be. I just don't think she can win it with Bianca also in the competition. I would be happy with either her or Ben as runner up.

That… was quite something.

How many episodes do we have left? Of course the non elimination has fucked up the queen quota slightly so it does seem we are in for a bit of a culling. I would very much like to see Darienne gtfo sooner rather than later. If the next episode is the three looks thing then I don't see how Adore is going to survive it,

Mmm. That mini challenge was entertaining in a train wreck sort of a way. Think the guys and gals at drag race HQ are running out of ideas. Also how the hell they picked a winner is beyond me, as every painting bar Courtney's was just a random smear.

After initially finding her a little annoying Adore has really grown on me, and now I love the bitch. But the problem with that is that it all becomes a little predictable when such strong personalities have to stay in the show as long as possible for entertain(t)ment value. As soon as Adore & Jocelyn's drag creations

Altering a piece of content from its original design to pacify vocal opposition to said content sounds very much like censorship to me. Someone else bought this up but South Park has had to censor several episodes and has had reruns of certain episodes blocked because of anger from scientologists and Muslims.

I would disagree, sems to me both cis and trans are labels used to describe a group of people. The definition of cisgender (shortened to cis) as I understand it is someone whos gender identity matches their physical gender (massively simplified yes). Just like transgender is a label to identify someone who's gender
