There are already huge numbers of scientists who are incredibly dismissive of the Drake Equation (and the Fermi Paradox) given they both make wild speculations about the universe and the existence of other life…. It's highly probable in the next couple of hundred years these will be obscure bits of knowledge….

Wishful Thinking…..

LOL, I was imagining they went through the Stormtrooper training school of weapons usage….

Designated President and Tom Bauer roll on a pace…. and the show stays firmly in it's 24 mode of plotting leading from one trail of bread crumbs to the next whilst setting up the next 3 plot hooks…. and closing down old plot threads with deliberate contention….

Again I will say…. I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!

In tin toil wrapped space ship *rolling eyes*

They say there are only 7 stories… and everything is a variation of those themes…

The Walking Dead…. all the ingredients to make a compelling tv show…. turned into the kind of crap that even gas stations would refuse to sell as food.

Well that happened. Not sure what more can be said about that episode…. The Writing Dead?

Agreed it was confusing, and I suspect that was intentional by who ever orchestrated the attack.

I think Snyder is just being clever and protecting his bases, pawns and contacts…. He is smart enough to know that saving Bram gives him leverage with Will, Nolan and Megan. Also Bram is someone who he has some level of power and control over.

Not sure how I feel about this episode, on the one hand it was a good mystery, the ensemble cast work was nice to see but it was lacking something…. maybe a genuine reason to hunt Groot (apart from his hurting Rosalee which felt to contrived to really give an emotive reason)… I carried on hoping they would find a none

The show is really good at writing plausible characters…

I agree that Bram is believably dumb… like a kid way out of his depth and clinging to any thing that comes along desperately…

Another really great episode, I have been really loving how this show just slowly and relentlessly keeps notching up the pressure in plausible ways, I love how the slow burn is unfolding and what is becoming increasingly obvious is how little any of the humans really know what is going on and how much those at the top

Would have been an easy solution and a simple throw away line that would have made the episode work

Deeply disappointing episode… they desperately need to shake up the writers room and give them some advice about actually writing plots… It's really tragic as it seems that they are consistently able to get about 50-75% of a decent episode but the bit that doesn't work is a HUGE STINKER. I wonder if there is some

SPOILERS

Ignoring the obvious "true cross or spear of destiny" (yawn) it would be really cool if it was part of Yggdrasil, the Nordic Tree of life that connects the 9 realms together….

Another great episode and a real tribute to the writers of Grimm that after 6 years they can still pull fresh ideas out of the hat, and shows the depth of the cast.
