John McCain has been in the habit of saying the right thing since back during the campaign, but so far, his actions haven't followed suit. At all.

I missed tonight's episode and was sad for a few minutes and contemplated going and watching the upload from the Reddit thread, but then I remembered that it's still the Teacher's Tournament, so I'm good.

Sophie Turner (and her American accent) was so unbearably awful in Apocalypse, and now is going to have to try to carry this movie. Hell fucking no.

They've been pretty cagey about it because no one wants to do it, and the big name directors rumored here and won't be doing it either. Less established directors have left the movie because they studio wouldn't let them do what they want. These directors will absolutely want to be allowed to execute their own vision.

God fucking damnit. I watch so many shows already, and now I'm absolutely going to have to watch this one too. It's a good thing I don't have a girlfriend or very many friends.

Nah, even I don't want to see this. And I hate Trump as much as anyone.

Right. Just like anyone who doesn't watch Fox News and/or read Breitbart already knows.

Yo, what the hell? How can they take Shark Tank off of Friday night? We love watching Shark Tank at work on Friday nights. This is hot garbage.

Some people it should just be totally acceptable to walk up to and punch in the face with absolutely no repercussions whatsoever, legal or otherwise.

Man, that red Surge tasted like someone melted down a bunch of jelly beans and shoved them in a bottle. I remember enjoying it.

I didn't watch Murphy Brown through that lens back then, but I'll say it did. No need to upset your mom.

I might hate it more than the average viewer because I work at a TV news station and their version of it is damn near insultingly bad.

Great News is the first time I've felt pretty strongly that The AV Club got paid by a network to write about a show. There is no reason to do so. The ratings are low, there aren't a lot of comments on the review articles, and the show is garbage.

And this entire outrage has been created by Fox News and Breitbart, and the morons who listen to what they have to say.

On Real Time this past week, Bill Maher did a bit where he reminded us at all that Trump is fat, and made jokes about that for a few minutes. It was nice, because it felt somewhat normal. As opposed to all of this insane shit that we have to deal with constantly.

I'm absolutely not looking to live some place with world class amenities. That, I definitely can not afford. Not by a long shot.

I live and work in one of the top 25 largest cities in the U.S., and we have been experiencing very rapid growth for the past few years, so the demand for housing is far outpacing the supply. There are some places I can afford, but they are mostly really terrible.

I have been employed in the same field for 8 years, since I graduated college with a bachelor's degree, have never purchased avocado toast once in my life, and can still not afford a house.

They should counter sue and say that Kaseberg stole that joke from them.

I sliced the crap out of my finger while preparing an avocado once. I was visiting my parents, and their knives are ludicrously sharp, so when I went to remove the pit from the avocado by hitting the knife into it while holding the halved fruit in my hand, as I've done many times before in my life, the knife sliced
