This is merely an adaptation not a faithful retelling of the comics so they can kill her off. It's not like she's been pivotal to the story thus far.

I tried to give this season a chance so that I can give this show the brutal critique that it so richly deserves but I couldn't even make it pass that dreadful opening monologue. RIP The Flash but in my opinion, it has always been DOA.
