Did anyone catch the show calling the watered-down Dr. Who character, "The Captain"? Y'know, like "The Doctor". Such an embarrassing and blatant rip-off.

You had it right the first time. The CW is essentially a cable channel when it comes to ratings.
He's one-dimensional. One dimensional characters, no matter who great initially, eventually wear out their welcome.
Like I said, this show isn't only about Team Flash; it also has villains.
You're sounding like an undercover shipper now. Stop it.
I hate it when she does that.
The show isn't about Team Flash.
I'm scared because I think she's the weakest actor on the show but I liked her voice in the promo.
He was actually great in the episode.
I hate everyone on Team Flash, especially Cisco, and so I was quite glad that they were called out.
Jabari, you are the most optimistic and positive person I've ever seen around these parts.
Talk about a whiplash. I'm getting the feeling that these writers do not communicate at all.
Actually, I think the show needs to tone Cisco down a little. It's like he only has one gear. He's comical in every scene - even when it's inappropriate.
The reviewer has very little credibility to me. The comments in the comment sections are far more illuminating .
Josh, I actually enjoy reading most of your work, even if I disagree. And I actually think it's refreshing to see critical reviews of shows on AVC since it's such a rare thing. However, it doesn't appear to me that you take any pleasure (at all) in reviewing this show.
It seems to me that the reviewer is disgusted by the premise of the show and that disgust is clouding his judgement when it comes to reviewing what is actually going in the show.
I think they should have killed Kendra instead. Her face irritates me for some reason. But the show is male-oriented enough.
Yes.
Oliver, you are a gem. Although this episode deserves a C- not a B.
The answer to all questions is: the writers wanted to break them up. They just picked the most shitty, baffling and nonsensical way of doing it.
