Which makes her even more of a self-centered asshole. What if there was a real emergency occurring someplace else?

Even if they kill that evil dude in the past, he'll still be around in the future.
What are you talking about? He was going to tell her after her near death experience in episode 10 before she broke up with him.
I hear that's coming, i.e. Joe singing in an upcoming episode.
I was being facetious but in Patty's mind, Iris is his sister.
And so?
I can't wait for all the CW drama that will ensue when she comes back to the show in episode 20 and he's dating his sister! LOL! This show…
Thank you for writing a comment that I myself was too lazy to write. You've hit all the key points on why this season is shitty. No character development for any of the main characters on this show.
Yes and I have yet to see any delusional shipper comments. Just because some people have commented that the Barry/Patty relationship was poorly handled doesn't make them shippers.
What are you talking about? No one ships anything here. And those that do are quickly ignored/silenced.
He wanted her to leave so he reveals himself to her, which was one her main reasons for wanting to stay? Ok, then….makes sense.
The question is, what are you smoking? I need to make sure I know what to avoid.
Oh….
Can someone actually explain that train scene to me because I didn't get it. Did Barry tell her the truth then or something?
He started dating Patty when he was well aware that Zoom was after him. And as a superhero, he's always a target for villains so…
If Barry knows that the only way to keep someone safe is not to have them in your life, then why did he enter into a relationship with another person in the first place?
I didn't understand Cisco's motivation in that scene. He's smarter than that.
Because it's a total red herring and won't amount to anything.
You are a delusional liar…in addition to being a stalker.
She dumped him before finding out, though. She didn't appear to be bothered by his lying in this episode, which boggled my mind. She also looked beyond giddy and hopeful as Barry lied to her for one last time.
