Shows do not get renewed based off one episode. And the ratings for this show have shown/proven that those premiere numbers were nothing but a farce, a mere byproduct of having The Big Bang Theory as a lead in.
It's pointless to talk about ratings and a show's renewal chances with the uninitiated. Although, Sam should know better, seeing as though he is a frequent commenter over at TVBTN.
