I would mostly want for next season's villain NOT to have a speech impediment. every time Savage spoke, they way he pronounced his 's' was driving me nuts.
it was hard to take him seriously, felt like supervillains in parodies.
Captain Lance seems to have a similar one but not as strong as Savage's.
