because you dont want them to close the station as it's an important transport link for your village / town. there are lots of people who do all sorts of volunteering around local railways to get patronage back and keep their station.
They have people doing it in the Uk too, they work 6 months on 6 months off to cope with it. It's a bit better now but a few years back there was almost 1 suicide per week. They seem to also prefer around Clapham Junction which is the busiest line to cause the most disruption.
They should had picked it up, it's really good.
Hungarian. my national pride must correct you.
Yes. We had the penultimate episode in the UK On Sunday. Only one more to go sadly then it will be all over.
I havent read the books and for me the TV version doesnt feel jarring and the characters feel fleshed out just fine.
I just want to point out, Dorian does know who Lilly / Brona is. He took her to the waxworks deliberately and mentioned grave robbing and corpses being sold to scientists for experiments. He doesn't know Victor killed her, he thinks her corpse was sold to Victor who reanimated her through an experiment. He also…
He does. According to my subtitles (closed captions) he called her Brona when he kissed her hand
Well he wasn't left starving, the production team made sure there was perfectly edible food left for them whenever they finally turn up and most of the staff went to sleep. The poor producer had the unfortunate task of waiting up for the 3 (former) presenters. Clarkson was drunk and attacked the producer because he…
He turned up drunk, hours after the kitchen closed and the staff went home, but they left him a proper cold platter and food. Also story says they weren't late because of taping but because they stayed behind in a pub drinking, kept their helicopter and others waiting for them for hours.
Well they needed to keep up the Tory right wingers as bbc presenters ratio at 90%
Just want to point out it's not an 'alleged physical altercation'. Clarkson physically and verbally assaulted a subordinate. The guy is a twat of the highest order http://www.theguardian.com/…
The most important thing my high school literature teacher thought us is never ever do an analysis or interpretation of any poem, books or anther saying "the artist meant" we don't know what the artist meant or really thought. They could be lying or even when they think they are being honest, it doesn't matter if they…
I'm glad you mostly like it, we're on ep5 in the UK now and I am loving it so far.
well I am curious what you think. I've been really enjoying it so far.
I love it. I havent read the books so cannot compare but it's funny and wonderfully shot, great acting and engaging story so far (we're on episode 4 in UK). it dropped a lot here too, but might be because it is a fantasy drama not your usual sunday fare.
plus it is only 7 episodes and a proper mini series so no s2 or…
Completely off topic, but as Jonathan Strange and Mr Norell starts in the US tonight, please ignore the negative reviews and watch it, it's great fun.
i think he believes he's doing it for the greater good. while some others just enjoy having power.
also ffs american tv scheduling - it's a 10 episode miniseries why on earth do you need to have a break in it???
