I get it's different staff but yeah it's a bit weird how this list doesn't actually reflect the reviews.

I think it was Mike Hanford and Michael Cassady (I have no idea what their character names are)

I'm agreeing - the Classic SNES is definitely worth it for those who kinda want the experience and want it in an easy plug and play form. I specifically want the experience of playing childhood games, can't really be fussed to faff around with ebay, finding the specific games in the market place, dealing with the

But then we didn't actually watch him sweep the whole floor which is even more wonderfully maddening..

And whilst there is the occasional twinge of nostalgia for the warmer (on the surface) more homey TP that's kind of the version I was scared we were going to get when the return was announced. Some hokey attempt at recreating the feel of the original which got bogged down in it's own nostalgia/forced quirk, because

I'm completely extrapolating from my own experience but I feel like there's got to be a fairly decent group of people who played computer games as children but don't have consoles or play games these days. It may also be that a decent chunk of that decent chunk would like the nostalgic experience of playing their

The way it was cut I assumed it was supposed to be the classic "character is about to swear but then we cut scene/ get interrupted".
But how she managed to sit in shit under his desk makes no sense. In which case probs gum and a very shoddy editing job

I always thought he was in the log (given it's established spirits can go in to / stay in wood)

"Then just after the lead's feelings for you have changed they'll find some evidence that implicates you, most likely in the penultimate episode of the season"

And then the movie reminded me, and the GLOW made me forget again… Testament to the fact it's acting/writing and not just the actor's natural "charm"

Yeah, we've had two scenes with Ben - many parents of adult children don't mention their children every 5 minutes…
Also, in this episode we had Hawk explaining to Truman certain past events from the show and people complained about it being too exposition-y (even though Truman as a character is unaware of these events

But he also displayed regret for getting involved with Mrs Earl and an understanding it wasn't the right thing to do (I'd think that's one of the reasons she pops up in the Lodge at the end of that season). Obviously people can be self aware of their flaws and still succumb to them but actually that's the thing that

But I don't think it was meant to be viewed as one long film. It was certainly written as one but pre-release interviews were very specific Lynch didn't like the idea of it being released in one go, that episodes were supposed to be considered etc. I'd guess they might have been intended to be full stops at the end

I'm sure it had to have something to do with Josie, there were several references to her being about in the hotel wood post door knob episode.
Plus the scene indirectly referenced her. Ben referring to room 315 as where Agent Cooper was shot, not where Agent Cooper stayed.. I could see that scene standalone being a

Some have suggested Janey-E Jones also fits in with the way Dougie's storyline seems to have echos of Mad Men (Cooper kinda works as a braindead Don Draper, some of the clothes fit the Mad Men style etc)

I totally read EvilCoop as having assaulted Diane but I thought that line from Cole was more about the fact that the case involved Black Lodge/Supernatural stuff and surely Diane would've known about that as Cooper's tapes make reference too it..

The slow reappearance of OGTP-esque interscene shots is all quite exciting - the new ones are gorgeous and seeing the updated Great Northern exterior shot had a real feel of slowly returning (especially given this episode was probably the most time we spent in the town with older characters)

I feel like that was part of the feint (I definitely thought the same thing), it'd have been too pat to have the grandmother turn out to have known all along and be totally cool with it. What they were presenting was a bit more complex and I guess more in line with real experiences

And is basically a fantastic house track by someone else that she rapped over

Is it openly based on the film as opposed to the book?
Cos if they're doing the book you could pretty much use the ending to end season one and go where ever you feel like from there…
