I can't believe Forgetting Sarah Marshall didn't even make THIS list…

Question for all Newbies and Experts: Was Wun Wun the last giant or just the last giant at Hardhome?

Isn't Varys also garnering supporters WITHIN Westeros?

well… at least somehow his body didn't get trampled and is getting Robb's place in the crypt?

No no, not what I meant about the boats. I mean, why did she let the slavers attack her city ALL NIGHT? Why didn't she use Drogon to burn the boats RIGHT away?

It could've had Daeny take the boats that night and have Ramsay's death better facilitated. I think we're pretty clear on this?

I'm with you on hoping there was a reason. I get why she'd lie to Brienne, who wasn't there, but not to Jon.

But why not? The visual's in this episode were probably the best battle scene of all time. Better than Hardhome, better than Watcher's on the Wall, better than any fight scene in any movie I've ever seen.

Yeah, or in both of them? What a weird move…

Is your argument here that Experts can question things and Newbies are supposed to not think about anything? I like to think that Newbies can critique an episode too.

Helm's Deep in that it was a giant battle where all was lost until at the last second a surprise army of horses comes in and saves the day. —i really enjoyed the episode too, but that's the only time (I can think of?) where GoT has ever done that predictable of a Deus Ex Machina resolve

A Lord of the Fingers is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to.

I LOVE that. ^great response

Hmm… no, I guess my first takeaway was how the saving grace to that episode is the EXACT plot of Helm's Deep in Lord of the Rings, except it makes less sense. Littlefinger isn't a magical wizard who always arrives precisely when he means to, so why can't Sansa tell Jon to wait a few more days?! What does Jon have

I'm a Newbie to this season, but I've read the first three books. I think that this episode (which to my knowledge hasn't happened in the books) shows some lazy plot holes that wouldn't've happened if the book came out first. FOR EXAMPLE: Someone want to explain why Ramsay's dogs didn't eat him before he woke up? Or

More fun plot holes. Why did Bae have to go back? He was in our world before the curse hit. If he went back, how did Emma have Henry? Also, who does she think the father is? WHY DID NO ONE REACT TO THE BLUE FAIRY COMING BACK TO LIFE?!

Jesus, these plot holes are amazing. Howsabout Henry, Rumple, Emma, Neil, Bae, and Hook all step outside of the town line when Pan makes the curse, then walk back in and break it after? And just for good measure, send Ariel away too, have her be the back up. This show has gone so far downhill. Its spin-off is far
