I find this episode OK except the "Everyone loves Alicia" plot, a potential dalliance coming from nowhere which doesn't fit the show of this level of sophistication.

I think this episode is generally good, except the weird Alicia/Elfman thingy, so forced… So overall B.

I think Goode will stay if TGW plans to have only 7 seasons. Finn is a much better fit for Alicia, and he understands her. Totally agree on the odd shift to Elfman. Some people complained we didn't know Finn enough, but for Elfman, we literally know nothing. And he has a greasy look… If Matthew Goode were to leave the show, please spend the time and effort to find Alicia a suitable love interest, not to plant "the help" based of nothing…
