Yeah not going to lie - the shiny butt lady with unnatural hip size and curvaceousness was kinda dodgy. And yet I still found it hilarious. Hilarious with a few reservations.

What were you smoking? This movie was fantastic, just like the play before it. This is the movie I wanted "Selma" to be.
I think Arianne and Oakheart are classic Ice & Fire characters. One is an ambitious and cunning woman, constantly overlooked, whose carefully wrought plans completely go to shit at the last minute, and who is then forced to reckon with the consequences of her actions and the nature of the game. The other is so deeply…
That's a good point (The Mountain, Daario). They easily could recast him. Maybe they had planned more S5 style antics but, realising no one liked that, decided to abort it all and call it a day.
Actor probably wanted out
Many events from the books haven't been adapted yet, and are still coming (based on trailers/info), so there's still plenty for us to spoil. Plus we can infer what's going to happen based on our knowledge of the books. So book readers can still fuck shit up for newbies, and should be segregated.
Hey! It's not my fault I love reading!
Yeah and none of them had genitalia… what kind of future is this?!
One of the coolest and most exciting movies ever made, A+ film
Yeezus is a great album! On Sight, Black Skinhead, I Am a God, New Slaves, Blood on the Leaves - all phenomenal tracks. The production was abrasive and harsh but the songwriting was still terrific. I just didn't feel the songwriting was good with this one tbh. Can't think of a single song I really loved. Real Friends…
It's a summation of the film, nay the ERA, as a whole. So heartbreaking. So beautifully filmed and edited. The acting. OH my word. What a great film.
Masterpiece - A+ film
In the original it was simple though - we knew the Empire were the bad guys and Rebels the good guys. Of course we know the First Order are bad, but who are the Resistance? Why is there a resistance if there's a republic? Who is the republic? Did the republic just get wiped out by the death star? Didn't they win at…
Or, ideally, do both!
Justified and Mad Men deserve to be in that conversation - phenomenal final seasons.
As a French peasant who can't hit high notes, I concur.
Likewise with Bob Dylan
Adele has a magnificent voice, but she is no more authentic than other pop stars. Some wonderful soul-infused tracks, but other poppier efforts fall flat for me. I'd give it a B out of 10.
He said the vampirism was a metaphor for depression - not the whole story. The story is about her dealing with her demons in order to keep on living - the 'demons' are her mental illness, tied to a traumatic past. Well, that's how I interpreted it personally. I really connected to it on that level. But depression…
This show is like a more philosophical version of Justified. Love it.
