It is a moot point if she leaves Japan, but a nitpick with Shoshanna's stuff…

I thought it was a great adaptation! Vera <3
Oh I am not familiar with Chinese.
Context, mostly.
hito wo koroshita. onna no ko deshita. - i killed someone. it was a girl.
onna no ko ni kyoumi ga nai - i have no interest in girls
ano onna no ko ga kawaii desune - isn't that girl over there cute?
onna no ko wa daredemo kawaiku ni naritai - all girls want to be cute, no matter who they are~
*no* is acting as a noun modifier in this case, not as a possessive. So really it is just describing the child as female which = girl. But yeah, the language can sound kind of archaic if you translate particles into English that way.
Onna no ko can still mean girlS though, so I am not sure if the lack of tachi this week was an intentional point to make it singular, or if it was just an oversight to not keep it consistent with last season.
Yep!
I thought the same thing! I thought if they were real they wouldn't actually be in Tokyo, either. But they were lol.
If anyone is curious, Shoshanna lives in the Reversible Destiny Lofts in Mitaka, Tokyo. They were inspired by Helen Keller.
I am sure someone has explained already, but…
The subtitles say Arya~ (Just to let you know lol)
Kind of nervous about how Japan will be portrayed in this season.
…Oscar?
When Kilgrave said that in the scene you are referring to, it was implied he had told a lot of people to kill themselves should he die as a contingency plan against Jessica. But his hold only lasts 12 (well, maybe 24) hours, so that threat didn't hold up anymore by the murder scene.
Nat Wolff is playing the lead? This is going to suck so bad.
So happy her favorite show is Enlightened…
He didn't shoot Leslie….he shot a Latino American boy.
My favorite episode was "Failsafe"…that was cray.
Season two was such a mess.
She meant S3 was given 9 episodes.
