the environmental story telling goes WAY deeper then just text descriptions.
The plot is supposed to be vauge and open to interpretation though. Miyazakis inspiration was reading fantasy books in english as a kid and only understanding every 10th word or so and having to piece together the plot.

I think the big thing about Dark Souls isn't so much that it's a really hard game as much as it is different to most other games so there's a really huge learning curve to it if you're used to other action RPG's. Like I remember playing the first dark souls and it being an absolute nightmare up to one specific boss…

I played a bunch of old lucas arts adventure games and honestly that's what turned me off ever touching grim fandango. The writing is usually fun but the actual gameplay and puzzles was always just like, incomprehensible garbage.

If you've played PVP or DS1 the final boss in DS3 should be pretty easy. His first form is all player abilities and his second form copies the moveset of the final boss from DS1.

honestly with the way the world is going at the moment, Brexit in europe, Pauline Hanson here in Aus and the shooting shit going on in the US, I could use some fucking unrelenting happiness.

Honestly before I played the SF5 story mode my feelings on Zangief were 'yep… he's there' After the SF5 story mode my feelings are "HOLY SHIT I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY ZANGIEF!" He's so fucking good in it. His musscle screaming drop to stop Abel is a thing of beauty.

Just picked up a PS4 and the Order (it came free) holy shit that games awful.
Probbably gonna play more of that, and putting more time into the ridiculously great Heart and Slash wich is a fantastic third person action rogue like game that seriously needs more love cause it's amazing.
