His Ghostbusters performance was good and fun. He was still solid as a performer. His classic comedy style run when they get their first Ghostbusters call is still funny to me.

Yeah, people don't realize that they earl Aykroyd brilliance was due to other people toning him down (like Ramis and Reitman on Ghostbusters). Nothing But Trouble and Blue Brothers 2000 are much better indicators of his unabridged creativity.

It was mediocre. The problem was that there were moments of brilliance that weren't built upon. I don't know why Leslie Jones hasn't blown up with movie offers since it came out as she clearly was the stand out by being able to do a little more than just be funny. The first movie worked because of the chemistry

Import/export.

They're teenagers on that ship! Somebody better put locks on those doors too.

Exactly. An episode by episode breakdown isn't going to accomplish much since this show is created for a medium that indulges binge watching. I'm sure that if you sat down and watched the entire season in a day, you'd get the sense of the theme of the season. Trying to see the entire point in a single episode is the

Well, they are going in a different direction. They're dropping all scripted programming for cheaper 'reality' based shows.

Yeah, but a while back they took the Ted Turner WTBS route and became a basic cable channel.

I'm just glad that I'm not the only one to remember Mr. Smith.

The kicker is definitely the end of the episode when Dan speed reads the very long charges against a defendant to get to the woman on time only to have her shun him for the slow guy because she wants a guy who will 'take his time'.

If they make the movies look any darker, it'll just be a whole movie of those confusing fight scenes in 'Pacific Rim'.

Have you tried vaping your Justice League?

You see Jimmy pulling her in more and more. It's no longer 'Chuck had me in a corner'. It's 'Chuck had us in a corner'. He played like he was going it alone earlier because he knew it would draw her in. No he's got to keep her there on his side. He can't have her second guessing what they did. He has to keep her on

What? No mention of his role as cousin Beauregarde Maverick?

Especially a Bond film.

As I said above, Moore is the self-aware Bond. He's the one who knows that he's in a cheesy spy-action movie and plays his part.

All you have to do is say 'Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr.' or 'Burt Reynolds and Dom DeLuise'. Anything after that is superfluous.

He was the Bond when I was a kid, so he is my Bond. Yeah, the movies were campy; but that wasn't his decision. I think he was the perfect guy for the Bond they wanted at the time. He's the self aware Bond who would give a wink and a nod to the camera to let the audience know that he was in on it.

Pushes glasses back up on nose and straightens pocket protector.

Am I the only one who thinks that they missed out by not using 'Dark Universal'?
