You just have to look at his SCTV stuff to see how easily he jumped from comedic archetype to archetype. He can be lovable and goofy or a downright ass if need be.

Harry Crumb and the Temple of Doom was still a good film though fans of the series don't give it as much love.

"I'm sorry, but there was a lot of static on the line when you pitched the title. We mistook it for 'Uncle Buck Goes Cubing'. On the plus side the writer just turned in a script that's the perfect horror/torture porn film."

I'd rather them remake the bad movies than the good ones.

Candy's funniest moment of that film for me. The guy knew comedy and how that line needed to be delivered.

It was supposed to be the other way, but Belushi was getting tired of being typecast and asked Dan to swap roles.

Wrong. He did it all for the nookie.

Weren't her and Aykroyd more yuppies?

Don't forget Incesty.

Yeah. This thread is a real Bombadil.

P.P.S. — Also, she wasn't a dude. What's with you guys and that sausage party at the Globe anyhow?

"Damnit, Grandpa! We've been working our asses off, eating cabbage every meal to provide for you 'invalid' elders; and the first thing you do is pop up and do a goddamn song and dance number! I'll never be able to trust anyone ever again!"

I think it was also a good lesson to the students' that 1) they're not as clever and sly as they think they are and 2) that computers leave trails. You'd be surprised by how much the generation that grew up connected doesn't realize how exposed they are.

I work in admissions at a university. We share the weird names we come across for a good laugh. LaTissue is still a favorite.

I've read interviews with some of the people at Lucasfilm about how Star Wars essentially turned into a merchandise machine by George to pay for everything else as they made more money off of toys, etc. than BO returns. Why else do you think there were Ewoks in Return?

Considering nearly every other Silver Age Olsen story was about getting Superman to adopt Jimmy, that guy had some major daddy issues too.

Same with Robin. I don't want to be Robin. I want to be Batman. He's got the really cool gadgets, the big bank account, and kicks ass. I don't want to be some ex-circus performer coattail rider.

Lucas made toys out of ever character that appeared on screen. They didn't even have to be in focus. Just look for the figure of the guy escaping Bespin with an ice cream maker- Willrow Hood.

Oh, Happy Days!

I believe they kinda did. It was a reminder of what it means to be the Doctor since he went back (after Donna's urging) to save that man and his family.
