I liked the movie more than the show. I'm not really a Whedon fan. Firefly was good but not worthy of the overzealous fan adoration in my humble opinion. I find that Whedon is a better film director than TV showrunner.

Clearly they're combining the popularity of the Jurassic Park franchise with the Zombie crazy.

And a complete lack of understanding of political structures.

Instead of eating the tourists, they'd just complain about them.

Note to self: Eat note to self.

I'm always in for his specific breed of whackiness. Maybe they would have found a way for it to cross over with The Brother from Another Planet.

I'm actually wanting to see God's Not Dead 2. I'm not super familiar with the franchise; but just from what I've gleaned on the internet, it should be pretty good. I imagine that God is going to kick some major ass because the Roman's killed his son. *SPOILERS!*

There are a load of podcast excerpts all over YouTube. Him talking about having to duck out of places or getting into fights with fans because of fans being pissed are all pretty funny.

Been a favorite of mine for years. If you haven't already, listen to some of Jim Cornette's stories on YouTube. Damn funny stuff.

And wine pairing.

Making the very first story about robots one about robots revolting against their human masters.

I still remember Briggs introing The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 and giving a bit of extra notice to his cameo in the beginning.

Yeah, he was actually sitting on the couch when Alex Jones burst into the middle of the Young Turks RNC stream. He looked like he was trying to them from taking the Alex Jones bait.

Hopefully not Madeleine Stowe.

It's like my libertarian friends who have government jobs.

"Neither do I. Now, walk home, fuckface!"

I don't think that $1bn was the mark for profitability as much as it was the expected mark that WB wanted to see. Expectation of BO returns has clouded the concept of profitability in Hollywood. A movie can do good business and make money; but if it doesn't perform according to speculations, it's considered a bomb.
