Way late to reply on this but your point is well taken. Thanks for the perspective

Terry I agree it was too good to be true. 20% returns over and over should raise question marks. For sure there was greed, but I still don't blame the victims, as many individuals and families turn their money over to financial advisors. Madoff broke many moral contracts along with many very real ones.

Oh okay cool! So I took it as you meant it after all. I think you have a good point about things being analyzed in the context of trump even if it was made before he was prez. Not everything is a commentary.

Joshua, you must get over the fact that Homeland will never be as good as the earlier seasons. If you're this sour on the show, please don't come back for next season. I love to 'debrief' with AV Club reviews after I watch a show, but it's not interesting when the reviewer is so disinterested in the show that they

I disagree but only because I don't think the means of consolidating power in the USA the way Putin did are possible in the short-run. As much as the Trump administration seems like its going to be scary and disturbing, I don't think the level of control over media, government, judicial, executive, and organized crime

I was a little disappointed by the flatness of the main character last season but I love the book and the concept so much that I'm in for the long haul. I was most curious to see what the deal was with the trade minister's vision at the end of last season and thow they deal with that. As excpected, he's keeping his

I think your sarcasm spoils your whole comment. Why not just say what you mean instead of wrapping your intentions in stanky sarcasm. Your argument, which seems to be that the reason Mike Pence is VP is because we are not hard enough on homophobia, is not really related to what I was trying to say.

If you dislike spy films you may not like it. Although I guess it's more like a former spy/assassin gets revenge series of movies as opposed to straight spy movies. I am not crazy about the spy genre, but I do really enjoy these films. Ultimatum was my favorite. Lots of chases, very hectic but not pure action cheese.

@TheAVClub is a dummy. Just look at @TheAVClub's past.

Oh, I guess i have to go and get my sarcasm interpreter re-calibrated…AGAIN!

C-O…

Frig I typed out a reply and I don't think it saved. Didn't mean to sound preachy, we just need our writers alive and well.

I'm gonna join with PowerThirteen and Satan and suggest a different path as well. Maybe excercise? Your writing will eventually get better. Also, your writing will be shitty when you're dead.

Just brilliant
