John Hannah made for a wonderfully complex villain as Batiatus in Spartacus. I'm stoked for his MAoS heel turn.
What was that accent? It sounded … Texan … ?
"The Abominable Bride" went explicitly meta to state that Mrs Hudson, sidelined without much development so far beyond the fact that Sherlock got her murderous husband executed in Florida, would be getting character development via Watson's (and Moffat's) writing.
I think the Real Cold reveal will play out in a future episode or two when Mick thinks he's just having another hallucination, and Leonard is just trying to play it cool w/ Mick on their awkward reuniting as opposing forces hip deep in some McGuffin struggle. I'm not sure what shenanigans they'll use to bring him back.
Way better than C. Totally could have been an episode of the best of animated DC TV. The Waverider fight is among the best of DCCW for tension in buildup and storytelling with excellent action as payoff. Eobard Thawne is finally scary.
Yeah. Fucking Z Nation. Getting the emotional hits in. How could anyone have predicted it'd often be better than Walking Dead nowadays?
OMFG, ROYYYYYY! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I think all this is coming to a head in the Invasion crossover. Based
on the Flash, at least: "Once all of the super friends are assembled,
they come up with a plan to attack but a shocking secret related to
Flashpoint is revealed and suddenly no one is sure who they can trust." http://www.spoilertv.com/2016/…
Great Catch! Ooooh, and a trick arrow that she could use to carry a pinpoint of her Canary Cry through a window to stun a room full of badguys!
Considering the gun-handling in Arrow, I'd say it was on purpose. More Saturday Morning Cartoon.
That's because Sara Lance Does Not Give A Single Fuck.
Yo, don't take this personally, but FUCK RIP HUNTER. Boring two-dimensional character with a fridged family.
Vigilante's body posturing is so fucking goooood. Loved the 45 degree angle left gun / 90 degree right gun / right knee lunge when he shot up the van to distract Team Arrow for his exit. (seriously, does Everybody in the Arrowverse fall for that shit?)
As long as Oliver doesn't leave Curtis electrocuted at a fight scene.
And ALL they have to do is write Barry making decisions informed by his previous experience. FUUUUUUUCK!!!!!! Maybe he'll accidentally erase his idiocy from a timeline.
I feel it's way more identity-hiding than domino masks. I also feel this live-action Mr Terrific face is a Jae Lee illustration come to life.
I"m totally digging Wild Dog (esp w/ Diggle). I do wish Mr Terrific got through his Laurel Lance's Black Canaray gets beat up a lot stage to being more adept a fighter (and T-Spheres!). There's a weird disconnect between Curtis and Mr Terrific's personalities, and it doesn't feel in character for a strong character…
I just wish either Thea or Oliver had been "Quentin Lance? Prometheus? Did … he … take parkour & archery lessons when he blacked out drunk … ?"
Just weird, considering Oliver is literally a mass murderer.
