my fave show so far this year along with The Keepers and American Gods

Finally it's focusing more on Twin Peaks. Half the episode was set there, and did you notice they finally played Twin Peaks music while Andy was waiting for the guy. Hooray

I had heard it was about the birth of hip hop so expected some biographical type shit on the birth of run dmc/public enemy (now that was would a good idea).

Looks like a 90s vhs kids film cover. Isn't that what they want? To appeal to more to children? Works then doesn't it?

It's great. 2 week wait for episode 5 sucks though.

No way the season gets an A grade. B from me

Curious if the original opening credits will be the same. They demolished the mill in the post 27 years. Wonder if they will update them

Carter is like a one trick pony - all he has is Roswell and DNA mutation. For soon to be 11 seasons he keeps doing rehashes and they get worse and worse.

What am i missing? i listened to both and they don't sound anything alike. Not a Sheeran fan but his song is much better. Sounds better, better lyrics, better chorus, more powerful.

looks goddamn awful.

it's ripe to be brought back. So too is Seinfeld (but will never happen) and also a Cheers reboot with 60 year old aging Sam Malone failing to woo the young ladies

I dunno about that.

Been a disaster since Nolan and Bale left. Just pay them the moon to make another 3.

It's a good flick but AV Club is giving it too much attention. It's not a classic.

Losing excitement for this.

I don't know why nobody hasn't thought of bringing back cheers. I'd love to see 60 year old Sam Malone chasing women half his age and failing this time

I'm only 4 episodes in but ironically just yesterday i was thinking to myself how scary Evil Dead 1 was and how it went downhill into comedic territory for part 3 and then even more so the tv series. Freddy wasn't as good either once he went for laughs. I prefer my Evil Dead scarier, more serious and less laughs thanks

Was dreadful but it was nothing to do with the aliens. Problem was the script and story. There was no need for john hurt and Shia to be in it at all. It was watered down cgi kiddies movie with no edge like the others

Temple of Doom gets no love. It's easily as good as Terminator.

Call it nostalgia or whatever. I just think that was the golden era of horror. There was no internet…i remember buying fangoria magazines and hiding them from my parents. One of the most fun things to do was spend half an hour at your local video shop scouring the horror vhs covers all dirty and grimy.
