Some sort of 10s delay after you flick the switch? But true, they are the most convenient of bombs - 'what do you need it to do? Just flick the switch and it will do exactly what is needed' seems to be how they work for most of the film. It's like some sort of nazi-killing homing bomb.

I'd second that, Where Eagles Dare is an excellent action film, contain a car chase, many explosions and lots of guns. 2/3 of Bullit isn't action, whereas Eagles has at least 3 flat out set pieces, including a fight on a pair of cable cars! Don't get me wrong, I love Bullit, but it's more of a 'cop drama with a car
