    She has to work with these people every day for hours on an intense and time sensitive production, I doubt she hired the first few people of color she saw on the street. She's not racist for making sure every single person in the crew wasn't white and to suggest so is kind of ridiculous.

    But why would you think that they weren't qualified or that the reason they weren't qualified was because they were diverse. My comment is only out of line if you're not willing to think about the things you're actually saying.

    I wonder if you know how racist you sound? Like do you ever have these thoughts and question them or do you just go on and think white people are the only competent ones?
