How could Sonia forget to mention Julius (!) showed up for a second time…! And if Alicia does end up running for State's Attorney, at least that will mean more Geneva and Matan.

Not that I can recall… But I imagine they'll neatly explain it in next week's episode. He probably jumped ship with Canning sometime between the end of S3 and the beginning of S4.
