I'm a huge fan of both albums. A few of the songs on here definitely have a 1989 vibe to them. "I Really Like You" is actually an anomaly, as it's the only song on the album without a slick 80's polish (well, at least less so than the other tracks).

Oh trust me, I'm a massive MM fan too. STO though just sounded mostly like weaker versions of songs they've already done imo. A lot of the disappointment definitely has to do with the 8-year wait between albums and the unfulfilled promise of interesting collaborations like Big Boi and Krist Novoseli. Underwhelming

Strangers to Ourselves was possibly the most underwhelming album of the year.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess the only Carly Rae Jepsen songs you've ever heard are "Call Me Maybe" and "I Really Like You."

It's a homage to all the crazy glitches in sports games like Tony Hawk Pro Skater…

Yay Rochester!

Yes…yes you can, by respecting them as people by taking them seriously. If someone says they are a woman, then they are a woman, period.

So you openly admit you will "humor them" without actually respecting one's preferred gender for whatever reason and then say they should be able to live their lives without harassment? Nice.

That's untrue considering trans women ARE women, not "men dressing/identifying as women," which is the fundamental error of your argument. I'd love for you to provide some stats on trans women attacking children in bathrooms…

Jeff Dye is kind of a bizarre inclusion. He's not much of a legend like the rest and he's what, like 30?

Maybe he even jerked off to this video!

That Nick Offerman audition was gold, probably one of the best I've ever seen.

You really had to bring this up in something completely unrelated? You have a bizarre obsession. Do you also insist on calling Marilyn Monroe NORMA since you apparently believe strongly in birth names?

To be fair, audiophiles are annoying as hell.

But how many explosions will there be?

Wait, are they playing lovers? I'm confused on where the "romantic" part comes in.

Some sources are reporting it will not stop production/airing in Canada and is being shopped to other U.S. networks. This is really important to people who are definitely not me, can someone clear this up?
