You guys, why was the steering wheel on the British side of the car?

I thought the ending was way too weird to write off as lazy. The music, the camera pan, Jeff saying "bring it in." It felt like another meta commentary on how Community on some level realizes that it's a television show. Which has always been one of my favorite things about it.
