At the gig in San Francisco they played 6 or 7 from Earth Rocker. The cuts they took from their catalog were pretty much what I wanted, their last encore song was Cypress Grove, which is my favorite.

Yeah, I'm still going through recent releases and relistening to my 800ish song playlist of 2013 albums.

These bands produced amazing music this year, and if you're unfamiliar or uninterested that's not my problem. It's why I made this list to begin with.

Really enjoyed Earth Rocker. The tour gig I saw drew heavily from it, and I think it's pretty fantastic feel good music.

Volition didn't blow me away, but it was my favorite PtH album since Kezia.

My top 10, mostly metal.
