I am a Dean girl, but I really like Sam as well (I just always expect Dean to make the right decisions most of the time); from Kripke's own statements he saw Sam as his avatar (Dean is supposed to be base largely on Kripke's elder brother and some of his friends). But the constant capturing and tying up and bleeding

I was kind of hoping teenage Tina would come back because she never really learned from her mistakes and went to check out Dean (she began checking out weird stuff in the news like they did and figured out where they would be next) and she and Dean 'don't' have sex because she was like 14 or something, so they agree

I was watching a Season 9 episode on TNT (Sharp Teeth) with my husband who suddenly called out, hey, they tied Sam to a TRACTOR. At least that is different than a chair.

What I would like to get addressed is that Sam 'was' dead but that Amara felt Dean's anguish and resurrected him. And then Dean was 'dead' and talked to Billie and she seemed to believe that he was not going to be resuscitated but 'he' woke up as well.

Because it is just chicks at the conventions.

Agreed totally. I liked the 'nice' boyfriend (the usual trope is that the nerdy guy would turn out to be 'good' but here he was the guy who actually killed nice guy who was defending the pretty girl, who also turned out to be nice) and the 3 kids relationship.

I liked the episode too because I 'love' the idea of outsiders looking at the brothers Winchester and trying to figure out their deal.
